Don Kratzenberg joined Now Optics in September 2021 as VP of Information Technology. With responsibilities that span the United States, India, and Latin America, he is tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of IT functions across the organization.

Before joining Now Optics, Don held a senior leadership role at Quest Diagnostics, the world’s leading provider of diagnostic information services. During his tenure as Sr. Director of Architecture in IT, Don played a pivotal role in the company’s transition to cloud computing and the modernization of core applications. With over two decades of experience designing data centers and cloud-based platforms worldwide, Don was instrumental in supporting 2,400 patient service centers, 500,000 doctors, and millions of patients.

Don holds a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, a graduate certificate in Cybersecurity from Harvard, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Capella University, where he minored in Management and Leadership.

When he’s not working, Don is an avid fisherman who enjoys spending time with his family and exploring new subjects to learn.
